Cindy Fagundes

Owner / Family Nurse Practitioner

Cindy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and 21 years as a Registered Nurse. Cindy attended Bristol Community College and Rhode Island College where she received her BSN, and completed her Masters in Science at Regis College in MA. Her background includes infusion therapy, med-surg, adult and geriatric post acute care, prevention and wellness. Cindy is also a certified Reiki Master. Cindy is passionate about health prevention, alternative therapies, and promoting wellness. She pursued specialized training in medical weight loss, intravenous vitamin hydration, and Botox and Fillers. Cindy is a dedicated provider that specializes in wellness. Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to engage in a wellness plan to prevent illness, promote a healthy lifestyle, and age gracefully.

Amanda Paquin

Registered Nurse

Amanda is a registered nurse with an extensive and diverse career in healthcare, spanning over 20 years. She obtained her BSN from the University of Rhode Island in 2005. Throughout her career, Amanda has held various roles as an RN, including providing bedside care at both an acute care and psychiatric hospitals, working in long-term care and short-term rehab, and teaching different nursing degree programs for over eight years. Her current position as a nurse injector for Infinite Revival, LLC, reflects her strong dedication and passion for patient care. Having spent her entire career caring for ill patients, Amanda is now eager to help each client achieve their unique wellness goals. She is committed to providing superior patient-centered care by listening closely to each client’s individual needs.

Kim Lewondowski

Registered Dietician / LDN

Kimberly Lewandowski RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with more than 22 years of experience in the field. Kimberly has extensive experience working in the clinical setting providing medical nutrition therapy to patients with a multitude of diagnosis’ and nutrition-related illnesses including Diabetes, Cardiac Disease, Obesity and Oncology among others. Over the years Kimberly’s passion to focus on prevention, wellness and fitness led her to start a private practice. Kimberly uses an individualized approach and believes everyone’s body, lifestyle and goals are unique. Through assessments, education, tools and support Kimberly guides her clients to changes that they enjoy, fit their lifestyle, and are sustainable to not only meet their goals but maintain it long term.
